SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the text message program ("Program") offered by Bango Bowls LLC d/b/a Bango ("Bango," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description. When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Bango — for example, new-location and opening news, special offers, promotions, and account or order updates — at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Bango does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
4. How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.
6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change and are not responsible for the Program.
7. Eligibility. You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, and the account holder of — or authorized to use — the mobile number you provide. By opting in you represent that you meet these requirements.
8. Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; we share your number only with the providers that operate the Program, solely to deliver your messages.
9. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
