Count Bango Photo Contest: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Bango Bowls LLC, 1010 Park Blvd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 ("Bango").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bango, Upstream Hospitality Group, Bango franchisees and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and members of their households are not eligible.

3. Contest Period. The contest starts Friday, October 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to Enter. During the Contest Period, visit a participating Bango location where Count Bango is on display, take a photo with Count Bango (our Halloween cutout), and share it publicly on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok as a post or story that tags @bangobowls and includes #CountBango. Your account must be public so we can see your entry. No purchase or costume is required. Limit one entry per person; extra posts don't add entries. Entries must be your own photo and must not include anything offensive, unlawful or that infringes anyone's rights. Bango may disqualify any entry it believes doesn't meet these rules.

5. Winner Selection. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize. One (1) "Bango for a Year" prize: a $300 Bango eGift card that expires 12 months after it's issued. Approximate retail value: $300. Redeemable at any Bango location. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and no substitutions except by Bango, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

7. Winner Notification. We'll contact the winner by direct message on the platform they entered from. The winner must reply within 72 hours and provide an email address for the eGift card. If the winner doesn't respond in time, can't be reached, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. Permission to Share. By entering, you give Bango permission to repost, share and display your entry photo and social handle on Bango's social media and website, without additional compensation, where allowed by law. Where allowed by law, the winner agrees that Bango may announce their name or handle.

9. General. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Bango's decisions, which are final. Bango is not responsible for technical problems, lost or late entries, or entries that can't be seen because of account privacy settings. Bango may modify, suspend or cancel the contest if it can't run as planned. By entering, you release Bango, Upstream Hospitality Group and their franchisees, affiliates, employees and agents from any claims arising from the contest or the prize.

10. Not Affiliated With Social Platforms. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. By entering, you release each platform from all liability.

11. Winner's Name. To receive the winner's name or handle, email info@bangobowls.com by December 1, 2026.
